Our key words are pragmatic, hands-on and result oriented. Through various interactive sessions with key stake holders, often using the business canvas as a tool, we get a quick grasp of the clientʼs business model, as well as strategic and tactical plans. The next step is to co-develop a profile of the desired partner channel and/or end user clients. We then develop this channel by recruiting potential partners, enable them to understand the proposition and design a deployment model to manage the channel.
